Bobby Dillard is the CEO & CO-Chief Investment Officer for Blue Yonder Property Group, a real estate investment sponsor established in 2023. Bobby has spent his entire 22-year career in real estate investment business in Texas, with firms located in Austin and Dallas. His prior twelve fruitful years were spent leading Cielo Property Group as CEO, BYPG is the next act for the real estate investment veteran. His experience is all-encompassing: from acquisition, financing, development and investment. In his tenure, Bobby has been integrally involved in the acquisition and completion of 50+ projects totaling 5 million square feet and comprising multiple product types and multiple markets.
Bobby is a 7th generation Texan, his family dating as far back as his relative that fought in the Alamo. Bobby is also a rare Austin native, he graduated from Westlake High School and earned his BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council for University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. He also serves in the UDMUC Gold product council for Urban Land Institute.
Tyler Buckler is the COO and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Blue Yonder Property Group. With an 18-year career dedicated entirely to the real estate investment sector in Texas, he brings a comprehensive approach to managing the implementation of the company’s vision and execution of investment strategies, combining big-picture insight with meticulous attention to detail.
Tyler’s career spans a diverse range of experiences in project leasing, brokerage, before gaining experience in investing across office, retail, multi-family, and hotel sectors. Previously, he was Director of Investments and Principal at Cielo Property Group, where he led several high-profile projects, including Third + Shoal, Foundry I, Foundry II, and 220 S Congress.
Tyler was raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before attending The University of Texas at Austin and receiving a BBA in Finance. He serves on the Advisory Council for University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center and is a member of ULI.
Brad is an attorney with over 25 years of combined real estate and corporate and securities experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. Over his career, Brad has handled sophisticated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate and securities matters. He has extensive experience with multiple types of real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial and hotel properties.
Brad worked with Bobby Dillard and Tyler Buckler for over four years as the General Counsel of Cielo Property Group. In this role, Brad was accountable for all legal and compliance matters affecting Cielo, including structuring and negotiating contracts and transactional documents, and advising on business, operational and legal strategies facing the company.
Before joining Cielo, Brad was a member of the senior executive team at a Los Angeles-based developer where he played an active role in many aspects of the company’s real estate business, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and operations. Prior to that, Brad was in private practice in the real estate and corporate groups at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a Los Angeles-based law firm that represented some of the top real estate investors in the world. Brad began his career in the corporate and securities group of a large multinational law firm.
Brad received his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University, where he was an associate editor of the Stanford Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree, with high distinction, in accounting from Indiana University. Brad passed the CPA exam and earned an Indiana CPA Society Award for the third highest score in the state. Brad is a member of the California State Bar.
Brett Gentry is the Vice President of Accounting at Blue Yonder Property Group, with over 20 years of diverse experience across real estate accounting, public accounting, business management, and client CFO services. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Brett combines his technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset, allowing him to contribute not only to financial management but also to the strategic growth and operational health of the business.
Brett began his career after earning a BS in Finance from Louisiana State University and later completing an MBA at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His professional path has taken him through a variety of roles, from managing complex accounting functions at real estate companies to offering outsourced CFO and business management services.
Prior to joining BYPG, Brett held positions at several firms, including as Controller at Cielo Property Group, where he worked closely with BYPG’s leadership team. He fostered a strong professional relationship with the founders and laid the foundation for Brett's transition to BYPG.
Brett’s career has been marked by a focus on both the tactical and strategic aspects of accounting. He has a proven track record in managing accounting departments, implementing accounting systems, and improving internal controls. He has extensive experience overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, business management, and CFO services for a variety of clients, including real estate firms, online retailers, technology companies, and even touring music artists.
Jade Abner is the Director of Operations at Blue Yonder Property Group (BYPG), where she is responsible for overseeing operational efficiency, managing human performance, and driving strategic initiatives to support company growth. Jade plays a key role in building scalable processes, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Jade's career spans over a decade in business operations and administration across a variety of industries. Previously, she was Chief of Staff and Head of People + Culture at Cielo Property Group where she worked for seven years. In this role she led initiatives in HR, IT, human performance, and corporate operations, ensuring stability during periods of growth and fostering a culture of excellence. Jade has also worked in the start-up CPG space, where she gained valuable experience in start-up operations, marketing, and supply chain optimization. Her career began in the arts and nonprofit sectors, where she worked with organizations like, Texas Exes and Houston Arts Alliance, managing public art projects and community relations.
Jade graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) and a Certificate in Business. She brings a creative yet structured approach to her work, turning visions into actionable plans.
Paul Byrne is an accomplished Vice President of Development & Construction with over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. He currently leads the day-to-day activities of Blue Yonder Property Group’s consultant and general contracting teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Paul's career began after he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2002. He has since built an impressive portfolio of roles in both construction management and real estate development. Before joining BYPG, Paul served as the Vice President of Construction at Cielo Property Group. There, he led the construction efforts on a range of high-profile projects, including Third + Shoal, Foundry I, Foundry II, and 220 S. Congress—each contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence.
Paul has held senior leadership roles at Byrne Development Services, Dehan Financial Group, and Duke Realty. His experience spans a diverse range of commercial real estate sectors, from preconstruction planning and project management to overseeing the execution of complex developments.
Paul’s hands-on approach to leadership and deep expertise in construction have made him a trusted professional in the industry. He is passionate about mentoring teams, creating environments that foster mutual respect, and guiding projects to successful completion.
