Bobby Dillard is the CEO & CO-Chief Investment Officer for Blue Yonder Property Group, a real estate investment sponsor established in 2023. Bobby has spent his entire 22-year career in real estate investment business in Texas, with firms located in Austin and Dallas. His prior twelve fruitful years were spent leading Cielo Property Group as CEO, BYPG is the next act for the real estate investment veteran. His experience is all-encompassing: from acquisition, financing, development and investment. In his tenure, Bobby has been integrally involved in the acquisition and completion of 50+ projects totaling 5 million square feet and comprising multiple product types and multiple markets.

Bobby is a 7th generation Texan, his family dating as far back as his relative that fought in the Alamo. Bobby is also a rare Austin native, he graduated from Westlake High School and earned his BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council for University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. He also serves in the UDMUC Gold product council for Urban Land Institute.

Tyler Buckler is the COO and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Blue Yonder Property Group. With an 18-year career dedicated entirely to the real estate investment sector in Texas, he brings a comprehensive approach to managing the implementation of the company’s vision and execution of investment strategies, combining big-picture insight with meticulous attention to detail.

Tyler’s career spans a diverse range of experiences in project leasing, brokerage, before gaining experience in investing across office, retail, multi-family, and hotel sectors. Previously, he was Director of Investments and Principal at Cielo Property Group, where he led several high-profile projects, including Third + Shoal, Foundry I, Foundry II, and 220 S Congress.

Tyler was raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before attending The University of Texas at Austin and receiving a BBA in Finance. He serves on the Advisory Council for University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center and is a member of ULI.

Brad is an attorney with over 25 years of combined real estate and corporate   and securities experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. Over   his career, Brad has handled sophisticated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings, corporate restructurings and general corporate and securities matters. He has extensive experience with multiple types of real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial and hotel properties.

Brad worked with Bobby Dillard and Tyler Buckler for over four years as the General Counsel of Cielo Property Group. In this role, Brad was accountable for all legal and compliance matters affecting Cielo, including structuring and negotiating contracts and transactional documents, and advising on business, operational and legal strategies facing the company.

Before joining Cielo, Brad was a member of the senior executive team at a Los Angeles-based developer where he played an active role in many aspects of the company’s real estate business, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and operations. Prior to that, Brad was in private practice in the real estate and corporate groups at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks, a Los Angeles-based law firm that represented some of the top real estate investors in the world. Brad began his career in the corporate and securities group of a large multinational law firm.

Brad received his Juris Doctor degree from Stanford University, where he was an associate editor of the Stanford Law Review. He earned his bachelor’s degree, with high distinction, in accounting from Indiana University. Brad passed the CPA exam and earned an Indiana CPA Society Award for the third highest score in the state. Brad is a member of the California State Bar.
